Established in 2013, MARKALUNAS ARCHITECTURE GROUP represents the combination of 75 years of custom residential design experience. With projects in Colorado, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina we offer exceptional design, dedication to our client, focus on detail, and uniquely personal collaboration throughout. ABOUT TOM: NERDY IN A GOOD WAY

Tom Markalunas is a licensed architect who has had a lifelong obsession with drawing and design. Tom believes good residential architecture should involve the process of listening to the client, working with a collaborative team, and nurturing the vision with a talented designers and trades. As long as he can remember, he has been envisioning “home” and is humbled to be a part of the personal inspiration that each client shares through this relationship.
